Made for your order
Products are made on demand by Printful. Availability and shipping depend on the destination and products in your bag. International deliveries can incur customs duties or import fees payable by the recipient.
Help with an order
Contact mario@btarust.net with your order reference for damage, printing defects, missing deliveries, cancellations, or return requests. Do not post delivery addresses or payment information in Discord. Production timing can limit cancellation options. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Check clothing sizes before ordering. Contact BTA promptly for printing defects, damage, a missing parcel, cancellation or a return request. We will explain the available remedy and return process based on the issue, production status and your applicable consumer rights.
Prices and delivery
Displayed catalog prices are starting prices in USD. Final item prices vary by delivery region to cover regional operating costs and allowances, and are shown with shipping and handling before you approve payment. No separate country-average tax charge is added. Any seller-collected taxes BTA is required to account for are covered within the final price; this does not include customs or import charges collected by the destination country. Your information
PayPal handles payment entry; BTA never receives your full card details. BTA offers no saved-card or saved-address profile. Delivery information is processed for your current quote and order. Payment and fulfillment providers retain information required for transactions, delivery and their obligations.
BTA keeps order references, selected products, totals and processing status for support and reconciliation. The checkout does not write raw delivery addresses or payment details into BTA’s order records. Temporary session cookies protect your checkout.
